Our Ordering Policy

Once you commit your details and your purchases, the order is immediately saved on our secure server ready for processing. Once the payment has been authorized normal shipment times apply.

Our Returns Policy

The following right does not apply if, under § 3 II No. 2 of the Distance Selling Act, the delivered goods have been unsealed or damaged by the customer. 

(1) The customer is no longer bound by his order if he cancels it within a period of 2 weeks after receipt of the goods. Please contact customer service to receive return instructions.

(2) The cost of the return will be borne by the customer, if the value of the order and the returned goods does not exceed an amount of EUR 40,00.

Customs

For customers outside of the European Union, you are responsible for any import duties that may be payable. If in doubt, please contact your local Customs office.
